Shipping policy

  1. When you are placing an order you warrant that all information given is accurate and complete.
  2. All orders are subjected to acceptance and product availability.
  3. Availability information for products are listed in each individual product description. If Luxury Signature FZE has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items about to be despatched.
  4. All prices listed on Luxury Signature website are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at anytime.
  5. If your order has not been accepted we will endeavour you contact you to explain the reason, why.
  6. The delivery period stated within the product descriptions of your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
  7. Luxury-Signature.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.
  8. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

 

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you change your mind before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at omar@luxury-signature.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
